Affiliate Program Terms

These terms describe the MyGymBuild affiliate program. If you have signed an individual Affiliate Partnership Agreement with us, that agreement governs your partnership and these terms are a summary of it.

What we offer

• 50% commission on the list price of every blueprint sold through your link or code.
• 20% off for your audience, applied with your code. The discount comes out of our margin, not your commission.
• A 90-day term, with no automatic renewal.
• No cap on how much you can earn.

At current prices, that means $14.50 on a $29 blueprint, $24.50 on the $49 bundle, and $49.50 on the $99 Vault.

What we ask

• No minimum posts, no scripts, no approval process. You decide how and whether to present us.
• No exclusivity. Work with whoever else you like.
• Disclose the relationship.You must clearly mark affiliate content in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides and any rules that apply to you — #ad, #affiliate, or the platform's own disclosure tool.
• Don't misrepresent us.No claims about the product or its results that aren't true or aren't grounded in your own experience.

How sales are tracked

• A sale is credited to you if the customer buys through your link within 30 days of clicking it, or applies your discount code at checkout.
• Link tracking uses a cookie. Outside the United States, privacy law lets us set it only if the visitor accepts cookies on our site. A visitor who declines is still credited to you if they buy in the same visit or use your code, so always share your code alongside your link.
• If someone arrives through one partner's link but uses a different partner's code, the code wins — it reflects what the customer actually chose.
• You get access to your sales and commission figures, updated at least monthly.

When you get paid

• Commission is approved 45 days after the sale, once our 30-day money-back guarantee has expired on it. Until then it shows as pending.
• Approved commission is paid monthly, by the 15th of the following month.
• Minimum payout is $50. Anything below carries forward, and whatever is left is paid in full once your last commission clears, whether or not it reaches the threshold.
• Paid in USD by PayPal or Wise. We cover the transfer fees.

If a customer refunds after we have paid you, the amount is deducted from your next payment. If there is no next payment, we absorb it.

What isn't allowed

• Earning commission on your own purchases, or your household's.
• Posting your code to coupon aggregation sites or deal forums.
• Bidding on MyGymBuild brand terms in paid search.
• Presenting yourself as an employee or official representative of MyGymBuild.

Where we have reasonable grounds to think sales were generated fraudulently or in breach of these rules, we may hold the commission on those specific sales while we look into it, and we will explain why in writing within 14 days.

Content

When you post about MyGymBuild, you give us permission to reuse that content on our own channels and in advertising we run from our own accounts, for 6 months from the date you publish it. We credit you wherever the format allows.

This does not include running ads from your account or handle. If we ever want that, we'll ask you separately.

Taxes

You are an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes. We are a Romanian company with no US presence, so we do not issue IRS Form 1099 and do not need a W-9 from you.

Ending the partnership

Either side can end it with 14 days' notice, or immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms. Commission you have already earned is still paid.
