Refund Policy

We want you to build the right gym. If a blueprint isn't right for you, we'll refund it. No forms, no interrogation.

The guarantee

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, email us within those 30 days and we will refund you in full.

The guarantee covers the price you paid us. Anything you buy from a third-party retailer using a buy-list link is between you and that retailer, under their own returns policy.

How to request a refund

• Email support@mygymbuild.com from the address you used to buy.
• Tell us which blueprint you bought. You don't have to explain why, though if something was wrong with it we'd genuinely like to know.
• We reply within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days of approving them.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, through Stripe. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5 to 10 business days after we process it.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your access to the refunded content ends. Any PDFs you have already downloaded are no longer licensed for your use, and you agree to delete them.

Fair use of the guarantee

The guarantee exists for people who bought something that wasn't right for them. We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to close an account, where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example repeatedly buying and refunding, or buying with the apparent intention of downloading and refunding.

We will always tell you in writing if we decline a refund, and why.

If you are an EU or UK consumer

You normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Because our blueprints are delivered immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that delivery starts straight away, and that you lose that statutory withdrawal right once it does.

Our 30-day guarantee is more generous than the statutory right and applies regardless. Nothing here removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
