How to request a refund

• Email support@mygymbuild.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your order email so we can find your purchase.
• A one-line reason helps us improve, but it isn't required.

We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.

The fine print

• The 30-day window runs from the date of purchase.
• Refunds are for the price you paid. Any purchases you make from third-party retailers using our buy-list links are between you and that retailer.
• Repeated buy-then-refund abuse may be declined.
