These Terms govern your use of mygymbuild.com and the blueprints you purchase from us. By using the site or buying a blueprint, you agree to them.

Who we are

mygymbuild.com is operated by TOPQLT S.R.L., a company registered in Romania under registration number RO49814478, with its registered office at Gheorghe Doja 29 G. You can reach us at support@mygymbuild.com. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “MyGymBuild” mean that company.

What you get

A MyGymBuild blueprint is a digital product — a curated buy list, DIY build guides, a layout guide, and a workout plan for a specific training style, space, and budget.

• Single Blueprint ($29) — one blueprint, for the training style, space and budget you select.
• Smart Bundle ($49) — the four budget tiers of one training style and space.
• The Vault ($99) — every blueprint in our core library at the time of purchase, plus new blueprints we add to that core library afterwards.

Your purchase is a one-time payment. We will never convert a purchase you have already made into a recurring charge, and we will never ask you to pay again for content you have already bought.

We may in future offer separate products or services, including subscription-based ones. Those are not part of what you bought here, and buying a blueprint does not give you access to them. This does not reduce anything already included in your purchase.

Blueprints are delivered as downloadable PDFs. Download and keep your files. We will keep your online access available for as long as we operate the service, but the downloaded PDF is yours permanently regardless of what happens to the site.

Your account and acceptable use

Your access is for your own personal use. You agree not to:

• resell, republish, redistribute or licence the content to anyone else;
• share your account so others can access paid content without buying it;
• scrape the site, or attempt to bypass or break the paywall or any security measure.

If you breach these rules, we may suspend or close your account and revoke access to purchased content, without a refund. Where the breach is minor and capable of being fixed, we will contact you first and give you a reasonable chance to put it right.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.

Affiliate links

Some product links in a blueprint are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and we recommend gear on merit, not commission.

Equipment and safety

Our blueprints are informational. We are not a contractor, engineer, or personal trainer. Always consult a qualified professional before installing load-bearing equipment — racks, pull-up bars, wall mounts, platforms — and before starting any new training programme. You are responsible for checking that the equipment, the mounting, and your space are safe for your intended use.

Prices and availability shown for third-party products change constantly and are outside our control. Treat them as an estimate at the time of writing, not a quote.

Limitation of liability

The blueprints are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss arising from your use of the blueprints, the equipment you choose to buy, the way you install it, or the exercises you perform.

Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the blueprint in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. If we make a material change, we will say so on this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases you have already made.

General

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
• Disputes. Please email us first at support@mygymbuild.com. Most things are faster to fix directly. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rules that give you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company, for example if the business is sold. Your rights are not reduced by that transfer.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site and the blueprints.
